About Lubbock True Concrete

Lubbock True Concrete is a referral service for homeowners and landowners in Lubbock and the surrounding South Plains towns who need concrete work: driveways, slabs and shop pads, patios, walks, steps, footings, repairs and tear-outs. We publish plain information about local soils, weather, city rules and typical costs, and when you are ready, we pass your request to an independent concrete contractor who works in your area.

Lubbock True Concrete is a referral service, not a licensed contractor. Texas does not issue a statewide license for concrete or general contractors, and some cities, including Lubbock, register contractors locally. We pass homeowner requests to independent local concrete contractors. We do not pour, finish, repair or price concrete work, and each contractor is solely responsible for its own work, registration, insurance, permits, warranties and pricing.

What we do, and what we don't

• We pass your name, contact details and project description to a local concrete contractor.
• The contractor visits, measures, quotes, handles any permits and does the work. You sign with them and pay them, not us.
• We don't pour, finish, repair or install concrete, set prices, negotiate contracts, take payments or guarantee anyone's work.
• Texas has no statewide license for concrete or general contractors. Inside the City of Lubbock, general contractors register with Building Safety. Ask any contractor for proof of insurance before you sign.
